Because we meet fully virtually, clinicians and aligned providers can connect beyond geography while still building the local, regional, and specialty-based relationships that make referrals stronger.
This is not about transactional networking or collecting business cards. It is about knowing one another’s strengths, understanding where to turn for help, and creating the kind of professional community that makes everyone’s work a little easier.

The Referral Circle is where the vision becomes real.
The Referral Circle is the first way to step into Reciprocity in Practice: a fully virtual gathering for cash-pay and private-pay providers who want to build the relationships behind the referrals.
Each Circle creates space to get to know who is in the room, what they do well, where they need support, and what they can offer another professional. Some gatherings will focus on connection and referral fit; others may make room for practical resource exchange, focused private-practice support, or deeper community conversation.
The point is not to leave with the most contacts. It is to become genuinely known by the right people—and to know who you can turn to when a client, colleague, or professional need calls for the right connection.
